Atualmente Doutorando em Tecnologias da Inteligência e Design Digital, junto à Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (TIDD PUC-SP) e Bolsista CAPES orientado pela professora Dra. Lucia Santaella acerca de Ética e Inteligência Artificial responsável sob uma perspectiva internacional comparada.
Pesquisador vinculado aos Grupos de Pesquisa de Direito e Inovação (GEDI) junto à Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (aspectos jurídicos da Inteligência Artificial) e ao TransObjeto (acerca das implicações éticas e sociotécnicas das tecnologias emergentes para o Sul Global, em particular o Brasil).
Pesquisador atualmente também no Ethics4AI (Inteligência Artificial e Ética).
Ênfase em análise de política externa e gestão de políticas públicas concernentes à Inteligência Artificial, Privacidade, Proteção de Dados e Vigilância Pública. E seus impactos para os direitos fundamentais e princípio da dignidade humana.
Gestão de Projetos no Setor Público e Privado da América Latina junto à FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) e ao CAF – Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina.
Foi membro da Comissão Especial de Privacidade, Proteção de Dados e Inteligência Artificial da OAB-SP no triênio 2022-2024; do INPPDH – Instituto Nacional de Pesquisa e Promoção de Direitos Humanos (Brasil) e da RBChina (Rede Brasileira de Estudos da China).
